Mansi Rawal
Mansi Rawal (b. 1994, India) is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and business technology analyst based in Karlsruhe, Germany. Her practice bridges storytelling and emotion with structure and observation, weaving together painting, drawing, poetry, and mixed media. Rooted in a childhood immersed in art, she reimagines Indian folk traditions, explores nature’s metaphors, and creates textured abstractions that carry poetic resonance. Since 2024, she has participated in international group exhibitions and contributed to art publications worldwide. Through both her words and images, Rawal seeks to create spaces of connection, reflection, and empathy.

Between Intuition and Structure
By Sfumato
In her debut solo exhibition, Between Intuition and Structure, Mansi Rawal invites viewers into a world where logic and imagination flow seamlessly together. Trained as both an artist and a business technology analyst, Rawal does not separate the analytical from the creative — instead, she treats art as the intuitive extension of thought. Her works are layered with memory, mood, and metaphor. Abstract compositions carry the echo of folk traditions, while delicate textures mirror the patterns of nature. Each piece begins not with a plan but with a feeling — a question, a fragment of story, or an image caught between remembrance and dream. Rawal’s exhibition reveals the versatility of her practice: vibrant paintings unfold like visual poems, while intricate drawings hold quiet conversations with the viewer. Her accompanying short writings deepen the dialogue, offering glimpses into the same introspective landscape from which her visual language emerges.
At the heart of her practice lies empathy.
“Art is not only about making something beautiful,” she reflects, “but about making something that moves.” Through this exhibition, Rawal extends an invitation to pause, to listen, and to find oneself reflected in the space between intuition and structure.
